Please email several detailed photos of your shoes from different angles (Side, Welt, Bottoms, etc.) to customerservice@potterandsons.com. Please include your name and what soles you are wanting. We will email you an invoice where you can pay online. Due to limited space, your invoice must be paid within 24 hours & shoes shipped within 7 days. (If you do not see an invoice in your inbox, please check your spam folder.)
Once your invoice has been paid, please ship your shoes to:

Once your shoes are received, we will further inspect them for recrafting. If they are not recraftable or need extra work, we will notify you. If you decide to not move forward, we will return your shoes and issue a refund minus return shipping.
